in Just -- spring

My world is not quite mud-luscious and puddle-wonderful yet, but buds are starting to appear on trees, daffodils are poking out of the ground, and robins are flitting about. It's one of my favorite times of the year. You can practically smell Spring.

And I'm off to Michigan -- land of icicles, axe-murderers, and bacon-flavored bedspreads -- for five days.

It must be love.

Safe journey, Megan. Don't worry about us midwesterners; we're not as scary as you think. At least not outwardly so.

Doesn't Virginia need architects and fish carvers? Tell Some Guy to move his ass (and his Assman) to you.

Well, I'm not sure about Michigan but Chicago has been pretty nice this week, upper fifties, a little rainy. Of course, this weekend we're back down to the 30's!! But its part of the charm of living here I guess! (PS: Chicago and Michigan weather is usually the same)
