You Can't Make Me
Last summer I wrote a short-lived series entitled "Ten Songs I Will Play Over and Over Again if Nobody's Around to Stop Me." But this summer I live with my totally awesome boyfriend, so there's usually been somebody around to stop me. Only now he doesn't want to. Because listen:
Her album has been playing at our house almost non-stop for the past 24 hours and there's no end in sight. That's right, no no no end in sight.
That is all. Carry on.

For some reason my computer has developed a problem with playing any YouTube videos.
I'd love to comment, but all I get right now is a good-looking, mute woman reclining on some type of mattress.
good stuff!
I freakin love Miss Amy, but I fear a crash and burn.
Poor Bubs! It's Amy Winehouse doing "Rehab," so you may have already heard it.
Glad you like it, Bubbles. :-)
I have the same fear myself, Vikki. But this album is pretty damn solid. I will continue to adore it even if her next album sucks.
I love Amy. Her rendition of "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" is brilliant, but I, too, fear for her.
Haven't heard it, and it's not on iTunes damnit.

I agree...Amy kicks ass. And I secretly like that she's a mess. Is that bad?
You've moved into a Winehouse haven't you?!
That song is now permanently a part of my memory of our San Francisco trip. That is a good thing. Yes yes yes.
I'm popping up from lurk-dom to comment that I really love this album too and feared she was a flash in the pan until I heard another album by her called "Frank." With tunes that are not as catchy as Rehab and You Know I'm no Good, it is still very well done. Here is a video for "F Me Pumps" from that album. http://www.livevideo.com/video/1E47CBA41B1B40E3A790EBC93631DE5A/amy-winehouse-f-me-pumps.aspx
What the hell is happening to you up there? This song is FUCKING HORRIBLE. SUCKS. MONKEY. ASS.
I too am obsessed with this album, but sadly, as predicted, she has now been made to go to rehab.
