Single And Lookin'?

Forget Match.com and eHarmony! Sean Hannity -- everyone's second-favorite Fox "News" personality -- offers an online dating service, Hannidate, the place where people of like conservative minds can come together to meet. Now certain bloggers who are always bitching about how hard it is to meet cool women really have no excuse.

I, however, doubt I'll meet anyone on Hannidate, as there are exactly zero men between the ages of 18 and 80 seeking women within a 100 mile radius of my zipcode.

And they say Virginia's a red state.

This? Is sick. Conservatives don't need a dating service; that's what church is for, right?

Besides, isn't offering a dating service a bit off message for a conservative talk show host? Unless he's trying to breed a conservative army. That's so Saruman!

I'm working on my profile right now. What I find funny is that you are allowed to select MALE seeking MALE. I wonder how many gay & lesbian Hannity fans there are.

I cannot believe Hannity allows for male-male relations.

Isn't there something the Dems can do with this?

Dude, did you read the release form you have to sign before they'll post your profile? You have to consent to being taped for his freakin show.

I. am. so. tempted.

Flannery - You should check out his actual site (hannity.com) - he has like a whole MySpace thing going on.

Chris and Grant - Apparently Hannity is a bit more progressive than we gave him credit for. Or something.

Phil - Like screw it up by making completely unfunny jokes about it, you mean?

Vikki - Hannity & Colmes?! Or does he have some sort of dating show on the side?

were you REALLY seeking someone 80 years old? there's GOT to be some conservatives in that bracket...

It says "The Sean Hannity Show." Is that a radio show that he has, I think? Do Republican dating foibles make for good radio?

Big O - I wasn't actually looking for ANYONE, let alone an 80 year old, I just did an initial search for something reasonable and nothing came up so I widened it to something completely unreasonable.

Vikki - Conservatives are into some weird shit.

Agreed conservatives don't need a dating service. I wonder what a typical first date would be.

Well, we took all the good coffee shops and bookstores! What else are the poor buggers to do?

Oh right, Flannery. Church.
